    Changing my diet to increase my vegetarian intake more frequently surprisingly improved my digestion while reducing my impact to the environment! I am doing this more often!

      Awesome Oscar!! Please keep going after we finish the challenge, you will see all the improves on your life! If you need any recipes or tips, please let me know. My breakfast today: was a sandwich with avocado, hemp seed (3 tbsp 10g protein), sun dried tomatoes, chipotle sauce, lettuce and arugula, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. You can still add tomatoes, or red bell pepper... I love my veggie sandwiches.  I made my coffee (Texas pecan coffee) which I got on bulk at sprouts, I brought the paper bag which I've used several times, and added some Soy milk.
