Katie Houseman 4/10/2018 12:35 PMSome things are easy to swap out, like finding granola bars or other snacks that don't use palm oil. I am definitely more conscious about what ingredients are used because of where they are sourced from in addition to what they do to my body. -

Not only is the physical area cleaner and more beneficial, but we strengthen ties to each other through networking and meet people we would never have known otherwise.
