Some things are easy to swap out, like finding granola bars or other snacks that don't use palm oil. I am definitely more conscious about what ingredients are used because of where they are sourced from in addition to what they do to my body.

By working together to achieve a healthier, more environmentally conscientious community, people from all different walks of life can work together and find common ground. Not only is the physical area cleaner and more beneficial, but we strengthen ties to each other through networking and meet people we would never have known otherwise.
