Support Local Food Systems
#4 Plant-Rich Diet
I will source 2 meal(s) from local producers each day. This could include signing up for a local CSA, buying from a farmer's market, visiting a food co-op, foraging with a local group, or growing my own ingredients.
Food
Keep Track of Wasted Food
#3 Reduced Food Waste
I will keep a daily log of food I throw away during the EcoChallenge, either because it went bad before I ate it, I put too much on my plate, or it was scraps from food preparation.

Victoria Wright 4/06/2018 5:58 PMOh man! Hope you're enjoying it... Honestly, that doesn't look so appealing :). A friend of mine from college was vegan and everything she made was delicious. I think it influenced my eating habits today which I love. Left on my own, I will most likely make a vegetarian meal. Do a search on-line, there are some very simple and amazing recipes to enjoy. It will make a meat lover jealous. Good luck!!
