REFLECTION QUESTIONFood compostingProducing uneaten food squanders many resources—seeds, water, energy, land, fertilizer, hours of labor, financial capital. Which of these motivates you the most to change your behavior regarding food waste?
P Stendahl 4/04/2018 10:36 AMWaste in general irks me, but food waste really irks me. As I tell my kids, I work to earn money, then I spend my time to go to the store to spend the money on food, then I spend more time preparing the food and if they don't eat it, it is a huge waste of my time and resources. That is just the tip of the iceberg in terms of waste.
