    Bamboo is just becoming available in my community and I will be using it to build 2 outbuildings this summer.

    It blew my mind the amount of deforestation that has occurred to contribute to my favorite beverage! I switched from my big-brand coffee to SF Bay Coffee Co, which provides a eco-conscious alternative. While it's not an espresso from my favorite stand, it makes me feel a little better.

     By using the smaller dish, we also downsized our portions, allowing us to burn more calories than we consumed. This resulted in some much needed weight loss. I believe this trend will become a routine/habit in my house.

    I found that if I prepare & plan my meals a week in advance, we could prevent waste.  The average person wastes 650 pounds of food a year... which is ridiculous.
