Women tend to be the majority nurturers/care-givers in their families (whether due to cultural pressure or natural tendencies)  and this extends to communities as well.

Going to walk today, sorta tired and want to drive but will tough it out.

Purchased and replaced light bulbs. Always trying to think of ways to help our earth. 

I conducted 3 virtual research interviews with people in India, Belgium, and Japan.

I had steak from my aunt's grass-fed cows last night for dinner. 

There are so many things we can do during our day to days that cost us nothing besides getting into the habit. I'm a firm believer in leading by examples even if doing the smallest of actions because in aggregate, these make BIG differences. Bringing your own reusable water bottle, coffee mug, silverware, and to-go containers when eating out...

I would love to see microwind used in the DC area! Since there are not a ton of very tall structures, maybe it supports many green roofs/microwind combinations?

It's the little things, I guess! When I bring in unused water from the gym, I use it to water the plants. I've been trying to recycle everything and hoping that it makes its way to recycle downstream.
