    Ignorance about how much animal protein is good for you and conscious or unconscious association of meat eating and wealth and privilege. Education about the deleterious effects of overeating animal protein and the value of eating nuts, fruits and vegetables.

    I have a friend who is creating ecological wonders around the state and in AZ from gas station and pueblo ecological disasters. His company is called Water Management Associates. I have invited him to join this challenge but he is very busy doing the real work that needs to be done. Again, see my book I have offered in my first post.
