It doesn't seem as I have worked through my challenges for three weeks. I will continue with the good habits that I have started; the process has been beneficial to me.

Family planning is needed to help in making decision of the number of children in individual families. I researched on different countries: Kenya, where I come from; also, I checked China, Hon Kong, India, Iran, Pakistan, Ireland, England, and USA. What I found out is the governments support the program. With proper planning of the family, people will live healthier and within their means. I knew we have the program in Kenya but I am glad to know when it started-1960.

I am still keeping my challenge alive. When tempted not to follow my chosen goals, I am reminded that it is promise I did to the team and to myself.

Health is wealth. Planting my own food allows me to avoid insecticide that might affect our health. Use of compost produces organic that is free from chemicals. That means, preventing us from ailments.
