I can definitely reduce consumption in my household by making meals and not wasting food. I can be more picky about the materials I allow my family to purchase- packing materials are a big one.

It was pretty easy to change my diet in this challenge. The main change was to start looking for shade grown coffee. It is easy to find if you're looking.

I find Project Drawdown to be a hopeful endeavor because of how it factors into account human tendencies and cultural norms.  It asks us to be better at how we do things and not necessarily different.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
