April 25 at 10:12 AMI found a video on how to grow additional veggies from veggie scraps. We are trying some...like celery, potatoes, lettuce, etc. instead of throwing away the "seeds" we are placing in water and soil, prepping for planting this spring. No more food scraps ;-)
